Product Return Policy 

1.  Product Return and Change Policy 


- When the customer accepts the products, has to check if they correspond to the original order. It is also required to test the purchased product without removing the price tags to make sure that the product meets the order. (Otherwise it is considered that the product is not in the same condition as delivered and not accepted for return).

 - When you decide that you want to change a product, you have to notify us immediately by email to or by phone at +30 2310 617 342 , informing us if you want a change in number and / or color, or replace the product with a new one from our website. The data you should give us beyond name is the number of orders and the code of the product you want to change.

-Prerequisite to return any product is the existence of the original receipt. If the product is not accompanied by the receipt of the purchase, the change can not be accepted.

 - To accept replacing the products, they must:  not be used and / or worn,  not be washed, altered or suffered any kind of damage. Do not remove the price tag or any tags, and do not damage the packaging (belts, shoes, bags, accessories, shirts) which is part of the product. 

- The shipping of the product must be made within 5 working days of receipt, without any charge. 

- The return shipping address for women's products is: Premium Denim, Ipsilantou 2, Sikies Thessaloniki Greece 566 26

 - If the customer has chosen the new product and has inform us and if the product is available, and product is of equal or greater value of the product of the original purchase, we send the new product to the address given to us by registering, within 5 working days and paying the costs.

 - If there is difference in the price of the new product, the payment be made by cash on delivery.

- In case of a second or third product return the customer haw to pay the cost of the delivery of the new products. 

- If you are not satisfied after that, you have the right to buy whatever you want at any time within a period of two months from the original date of purchase (excluding periods of special deals and discounts), after consultation with the R-Shop.

- Refunds will only be accepted if the client follows the steps above and have not been pleased.


2. RETURN POLICY of Defective products. 


- Premium Denim must pack all products in the best possible way to reach their destination without damage. If the client receives a product that has been severely damaged in the package and that has affected the product, it is considered as a defective product and should be replaced. 

- A product is considered as a defective product when there is a proven and obvious manufacturing fault. The products that are damaged by wear and tear after a month of purchase are not considered as defective products. The customer is also obliged to follow the washing instructions listed on the tag inside the clothes. Failing to follow these washing rules is not our responsibility. 

 - If you determine any of the above problems, you should contact us directly by e-mail ( or by telephone at +30 2310 617 342, and Premium Denim  has to replace the defective product with a new same if available or another chosen by the customer. 

-  Shipping and billing processes are the same as described above.
